Another highly-watched auction for vintage Margot de Taxco silver and enamel jewelry
The same eBay seller (100% positive feedback) mentioned in this morning’s post Hot auction! Vintage Margot de Taxco sterling enamel set necklace earrings bracelet has an auction for a vintage Margot de Taxco sterling silver and enamel set consisting of a fish pin and earrings. Very cool jewelry! The auction which ends Saturday, January 9th, has quite a few watchers as well (24 at the time of this posting).
This beautiful rare Margot de Taxco enameled fish pin measures 3 1/2″ x 2″ and the earrings 1 1/2″. The fish pin is jointed and is movable from the neck to the fin. The set in excellent condition with the quality enamel still in tact! The pieces are marked Margot de Taxco Mexico, sterling #5844 and #16 inside a hallmark. A wonderful set that would be a nice addition to a collection and was recently purchased from a North Carolina estate. Auction is being offered with no reserve!
