Many famous Mexican silver designers, along with excellent artisans who never became famous, created quite an array of salt cellars, spoons to use with the cellars, and salt and pepper shakers. William Spratling, Hector Aguilar, Sigi Pineda, Sanborns, and Maciel are just a few of the marks you might encounter if you’re on the prowl for this type of vintage Mexican silver.
