Maciel Silver Factory of Mexico City

The Maciel Silver Factory in Mexico City, was in operation from 1930 to 1970 (the “boom” years of Mexican silver). The company made high quality silver holloware, a limited line of flatware, and some jewelry. It had an outstanding reputation. (See page 107, The Little Book of Mexican Silver Trade and Hallmarks By Bille Hougart.)
