Vintage Mexican silverware – Sanborn’s
The great Fred Davis took over management of Sanborn’s in Mexico City in 1933 and helped Frank Sanborn increase the selection of jewelry and other silver wares offered in the store. Sanborn’s had the best selection of high-quality silver from across Mexico. Certainly Sanborn’s helped introduce both Mexicans and tourists to the finely crafted silver jewelry and silverware created by the country’s artisans.
