Estela Popowski Vintage Jewelry
Estela (Stella) Popowski was a painter and jewelry designer who created stunning modernist designs. She worked for both Los Castillo and Antonio Pineda. Her jewelry frequently incorporated mixed metals or "marriend metals" (metales casados), black resin, and inlaid stone. Many of her pieces are marked HT, the mark of the silversmith who often executed her designs.
